【Screening documents】We screen the information contained in documents submitted by applicants to select candidates.
【Preliminary interview】We will conduct a preliminary remote interview by the end of December.
【Final interview】We will conduct a final remote interview from early to mid-February.
By offering scholarship assistance to Japanese university and graduate school students for study abroad and international university and graduate school students for study in Japan, we wish to promote mutual understanding between Japan and other countries. We also wish to contribute to the development of human resources who can make a positive impact on the world.
（１）To offer scholarship assistance to Japanese students for study abroad.
（２）To offer scholarship assistance to international students for study in Japan.
（３）To conduct necessary projects to fulfill the aim of INOAC International Education and Scholarship Foundation.
（１） Applicants are required to be eager to learn and demonstrate an excellent academic record.
（２） Applicants must be recommended by the school that they are attending (by the president or the dean of the faculty).
After examining application documents submitted by applicants, we conduct interviews in the preliminary round. In the second round, we will conduct another interview with candidates who have passed the preliminary round to informally determine the scholarship students. After receiving approval from the members of the Board, we will inform scholarship students that they have passed all stages of the screening process.
（１）Scholarship students are required to dedicate themselves to studying harder, take care of their health, and be a model student in accordance with our expectations.
（２）Scholarships must only be used for the purpose of study. Do not use the scholarship for any other purpose.
（３）Scholarship students are expected to participate in events held by our foundation, strive to deepen mutual understanding among other scholarship students, and raise aspirations.
（４）If any of the following happens, contact us immediately.
（５）If a scholarship student disregards our guidelines in an unacceptable manner, the student will be required to return part or all of the scholarship provided. If a scholarship student fails to meet all these obligations without specific reasons, we will stop providing the scholarship.
We wish to cherish the ties between each scholarship student. Please keep in touch after the scholarship grant period.
（１）Even after the scholarship grant period, please contact us if your personal information such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address is changed.
（２）Please let us know when you join a company or change your career.
（３）We would be glad to hear about your achievements, including research results, books, newspaper articles, and papers.
